Transformation isn’t a theory. It’s lived. Demetrius Irick—also known as The Transformation Coach—is a speaker, author, veteran, and visionary leader with a life story that doesn’t just inspire, it validates the very work InnerCoded™ stands for. From the streets of Orangeburg, SC, to the prison yard, from being a father to leading IT projects at Boeing and publishing soul-shifting books, Demetrius has lived the full spectrum.

He knows what it means to fall and to rise. To code-switch between environments and ultimately decode his truth. His journey is not about perfection. It’s about persistence. Today, he holds a Bachelor’s degree, is pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology, and is studying for his Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology. But those are just credentials.

What truly sets him apart is his ability to fuse science, soul, and street wisdom to create lasting transformation for himself and others. At InnerCoded™, he brings this lived experience into every coaching session, program, and product. He’s not a guru or a gatekeeper—he’s a guide. Someone who’s been there, got the scars, and now shares the strategies.
