Our Programs
Four Pathways to Transformation
The Incubator
A 16-week pre-release transformation program for incarcerated men. The ASCEND framework applied before release. Inner reconstruction, not behavior modification. Men leave with a framework for a life they actually want to live.
The Restoring Adam Project
16-week post-release support built on the ASCEND framework. Coaching, peer accountability, reentry navigation, and community connection. The work doesn't stop at the door.
Youth Rites of Passage
Three tracks for young men ages 10–20: Explorers (10–13), Initiates (14–17), Stewards (18–20). Age-appropriate ASCEND adaptations designed to give young men the rites of passage their communities have lost.
InnerCoded™ Training Institute
Certifies organizational staff to deliver ASCEND-based programming independently inside correctional facilities, schools, reentry programs, and community organizations.
